5-Year Machine Exchange Guarantee
Equipment supplied under one of our cost-per-page service agreements carries our 5-year machine exchange guarantee. This applies to leased or purchased equipment, whether new or reconditioned.
Our Promise
We understand that businesses depend on reliable equipment. If equipment under one of our cost-per-page service agreements becomes excessively problematic or beyond economical repair, we will replace it on a like-for-like basis at any point from the date of purchase up to 60 months.
Our 5-year machine exchange guarantee applies to equipment under one of our cost-per-page service agreements.

Exclusions
Insurance-related damage, including water, fire or theft, and deliberate misuse or damage are not covered.
