Our Commitment in Practice
Sustainability is embedded across our operations — from the products we supply to the way we run our own premises.
- Toner cartridge collection — Information about used toner cartridge collection is available through the Circular Planet programme.
- Packaging and paper recycling — All paper and cardboard packaging generated by our operations is recycled.
- Environmentally conscious product range — We actively select and recommend products with strong environmental credentials, including devices with the lowest Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) values on the market.
- Recycled paper advocacy — We encourage every customer to consider recycled papers wherever possible, reducing demand for virgin materials.
- Low-emission fleet — Our engineers’ vehicles use full electric cars, producing significantly reduced CO₂ emissions on every service call.
- IT equipment reuse — Retired client IT equipment is donated to charity recycling organisations, extending the useful life of technology and keeping it out of waste streams.
- Energy-efficient premises — LED lighting has been installed throughout the majority of our offices, cutting energy consumption and our operational carbon footprint.
- ISO 14001 alignment — We partner exclusively with manufacturers that hold a clear ISO 14001 environmental management commitment.

CleanHub
Toshiba Tec, the manufacturer of the Toshiba devices we supply, funds the collection and responsible processing of plastic waste through its partnership with CleanHub.

Circular Planet — Toner Recycling
We participate in the Circular Planet programme for the responsible return and recycling of used toner cartridges and consumables from genuine (OEM) cartridges from original equipment manufacturers, which the programme processes with a stated zero-landfill policy.

WEEE Compliance & Electronics Recycling
We can arrange equipment collection, secure data wiping and responsible disposal. The agreed service, wiping method, recycling paperwork, certification and any charges will be confirmed in a quotation. Data-destruction certificates are not supplied automatically.
