What our Solutions cover
We supply two brands, and each connects to your systems in its own way. Toshiba e-STUDIO devices use the e-BRIDGE Open Platform, which lets approved apps run on the device and link to your existing systems and sign-in. Develop ineo devices include scanning, user sign-in and accounting features, and Develop lists third-party software such as YSoft SAFEQ for print management and document capture.
We help you choose the right options for your exact model and set them up as part of the installation. Software licences, card readers and set-up work are included only where your quotation says so.

Apps & Software Solutions
Toshiba: e-BRIDGE Open Platform and PaperCut. Develop: built-in scan and user features, with YSoft SAFEQ 6 as an option to assess. Scan to email, network folders, SharePoint and OneDrive, depending on the model and software. Print management, cost recovery, document workflow.
Print Security
On Toshiba and Develop devices, depending on the exact model, licences and configuration, security capabilities may include hard drive encryption, automatic data overwrite, secure print release and user authentication. Optional hardware, software or installation work must be explicitly agreed and priced before it is included. Included and correctly configured controls can support data minimisation, integrity and confidentiality.
