Nationwide Service & Support

Our service-system data records a 4-hour average response time across service requests.

A service operation built around the e-STUDIO and ineo platforms

When a Toshiba e-STUDIO or Develop ineo needs a service call, you don’t want a generic IT support worker who’s “done a few photocopiers.” You want a service operation built around the equipment we supply — trained engineers, genuine manufacturer parts, and the diagnostic depth to resolve faults right-first-time. Our engineers hold Toshiba accreditation for Toshiba devices; for supplied Develop devices we provide support matched to the installed model and configuration.

Our Toshiba Technical Accredited Partner status recognises the technical capability of our Toshiba service operation. We are also an authorised Develop dealer and Develop Premier Partner 2026, supplying, installing and servicing Develop ineo devices. For both brands, support is matched to the model and configuration we supply, backed by investment in training, parts availability and service processes.

Service calls arrive with account history, prior-visit notes and firmware level already to hand. Before arriving, the engineer knows which device is on site and what the recent service pattern has been.

How a service call actually works

Two ways to log a call, both routed to the UK service team:

  • Phone the service line on 0333 138 5050.
  • Email the service team with a brief description of the fault or error code.

What happens next is the part most suppliers don’t talk about. Every call gets same-day triage: a service co-ordinator who knows your account confirms the fault, decides whether it’s a phone-fix, a remote-diagnostic-fix (via remote device monitoring), or a site visit. If it’s a site visit, the engineer arriving has the parts they’re likely to need — diagnosed before they leave the depot — not a “let me come back next Tuesday” exchange. High right-first-time fix rates are the result of that triage discipline, not luck.

Our service-system data records an average response time of 4 hours across service requests. Response times are targets rather than guarantees and may be affected by availability, access, traffic, site conditions, parts availability, and the terms of the applicable service agreement. Customers running mission-critical print (legal practices, healthcare, manufacturing shop-floors) can discuss tighter bespoke service arrangements with their Account Manager; any enhanced cover is agreed and priced in the service agreement.

Service and maintenance cover

The services below describe the cover available under the applicable agreement. Included services, optional subscriptions and exclusions are confirmed in that agreement.

  • ✓ Installation and network configuration on every new device — drivers, scan destinations, secure release and accounting codes set up at installation, where the configuration supplied supports them. Ongoing first-line print, scan, driver and connectivity cover is a separate Print & Scan Network Support subscription.
  • ✓ Reactive maintenance and repairs with a 4-hour average response time across service requests
  • ✓ Remote fleet monitoring — automated meter reading, proactive consumables ordering, fault pre-detection before users notice
  • ✓ Normal replacement toner, delivery and empty-cartridge collection — normal replacement toner may be included under the applicable service agreement. Automatic replenishment is available with eligible monitored service agreements. Empty cartridges are recycled through the Circular Planet programme. Additional or spare consumables may be chargeable.
  • ✓ Replacement parts and engineer labour — included under the applicable cost-per-page service agreement, with no charge per covered call-out. Paper supply, and damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or third-party servicing, are not covered and may be chargeable.
  • ✓ Dedicated account manager who answers their own phone and remembers your fleet
  • ✓ Annual fleet review with total-cost-of-print reporting, sustainability metrics and upgrade recommendations
  • ✓ 5-year machine exchange guarantee on equipment under a cost-per-page service agreement — if a unit becomes beyond economical repair we replace it like-for-like, up to 60 months from the date of purchase

Built for fleets of every size

We service everything from a one-printer accountancy practice to multi-site fleets running 100+ devices across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The service model scales without bolting on a separate team for “enterprise” customers.

For single-site SMBs, you have one engineer relationship, one account manager and one number to ring. We deliver the SLA you signed.

For multi-site organisations: a single dedicated account manager handling the whole estate, consolidated invoicing across every location, one master SLA backed by site-specific delivery, and a quarterly review covering all sites in one report. The customer running 87 devices across 14 sites gets the same direct number as the customer running 2 devices in one office.
