Inspira Migrates to Cloud Print Infrastructure with Toshiba Managed Print Services

Inspira required a secure, flexible print solution that could support staff working across multiple sites, home offices, and mobile devices — all while maintaining end-to-end document encryption and eliminating the need for on-premise print servers.

The Solution

Total Business Group proposed a fully managed print service built around Toshiba’s e-FOLLOW.cloud print management software with Office 365 integration. Existing Toshiba MFDs were retained and upgraded with the new software by the Total Business Group team, allowing staff to print securely from any workstation, home office, or mobile device — without the overhead of maintaining local print servers.
