Costs vary depending on the device, volume and whether you are printing in mono or colour. As a general guide, mono printing on a well-managed MFD typically costs between 0.3p and 0.8p per page, while colour printing ranges from around 3p to 7p per page. A consultative review of your current setup will give you an accurate picture of your current cost per page.
