Paper jams are one of the most common issues and can usually be resolved without an engineer visit. Open the covers and trays indicated on the device display, carefully remove any jammed paper and close everything up. The machine should reset automatically. If jams are occurring frequently, contact our service team as this may indicate a worn component that needs replacing.
