Our commitment to making the All UK Copiers website usable for everyone, the standards we follow, and how to tell us if something isn’t working.

All UK Copiers is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible. We want everyone to be able to browse our device range, request a quote, and contact our team regardless of how they access the web.

This statement applies to content on allukcopiers.co.uk.

How accessible this website is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at AA standard. Our most recent accessibility audit (May 2026) found the following:

What works well

  • The site is fully keyboard-navigable — you can tab through every page, menu, and form without a mouse.
  • All images carry descriptive alt text.
  • Page structure uses correct heading levels (H1 then H2 then H3) so screen readers can announce the document outline.
  • Every page includes a “Skip to main content” link as the first focusable element.
  • Form fields are labelled, with error messages associated to the relevant input.
  • Colour contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA minimums on text, controls, and call-to-action buttons.
  • The site works at 200% browser zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • The site is responsive and works at all common screen sizes, from mobile phones to desktops.

Known limitations

We are aware of some areas that may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:

  • A small number of decorative graphics on the homepage have lower contrast ratios than we’d like. These are being remediated.
  • Our copier configurator tool is complex; whilst keyboard accessible, some interactive elements may need additional screen-reader testing.
  • Some older PDF datasheets supplied by Toshiba may not be fully accessible. Where this affects you, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.

How we test

We test our website using a combination of automated and manual methods:

  • Automated scanning using the WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool) browser extension and axe DevTools.
  • Manual keyboard navigation across every page type — homepage, product hubs, device pages, sector pages, location pages, and forms.
  • Screen reader testing on representative pages using NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS / iOS).
  • Browser zoom testing at 100%, 150%, and 200% across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  • Colour contrast checks using WebAIM’s contrast checker.

We review accessibility every six months, and whenever significant content or design changes are made.

If you find something on this website that doesn’t work for you, we want to know. Please contact us using any of the methods below and we’ll do our best to fix the issue or provide the information you need in an alternative format.

All UK Copiers is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, although as a private-sector business we are not formally bound by them. We treat them as the standard we want to meet.

Compliance status: this website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed above under Known limitations.

Content management system: WordPress with a custom theme. Some interactive features (configurator, quote viewer) are bespoke implementations.
