The device, finance agreement and ongoing service arrangement are not necessarily the same thing, and service and consumables may be charged separately. Your quotation should state which device and accessories are included and whether servicing, maintenance, toner or other consumables are covered separately; do not assume an item or service is included unless it is expressly listed.
