Yes. When we install a new or refurbished device, our engineer will set up the machine, connect it to your network, configure print and scan settings and provide hands-on training for your staff. We ensure everyone is comfortable using the key features before we leave. Follow-up training can be arranged if new staff join or if you want to explore additional features.
