Follow-me printing allows users to send a print job from their computer and collect it from any enabled device in the building by authenticating with a PIN or ID card. The job is held securely in a central queue until released. This improves document security, reduces waste from uncollected print jobs and gives users flexibility to collect output from whichever device is most convenient.
