Cover depends on the applicable agreement. Under a cost-per-page service agreement, replacement parts and engineer labour are included, with no charge per covered call-out. Normal replacement toner may be included under the applicable service agreement, and automatic replenishment is available with eligible monitored service agreements. Paper supply, additional or spare consumables, and damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or third-party servicing are not covered and may be chargeable.
