Remote monitoring software installed on your MFD communicates with our systems over your network. It automatically reports meter readings, toner levels, error codes and device status. With eligible monitored service agreements, a replacement is dispatched automatically when toner levels run low. If a fault is detected, our service team is alerted and can often diagnose the issue remotely before scheduling an engineer visit if needed.
