Practical benefits
The 251i brings A3 and colour work into one device while retaining a consistent touch-panel interface. Its expandable paper capacity may reduce tray changes where teams use several paper types.
Scanning and workflow
With the appropriate optional feeder, the recorded scan rate is up to 100 images per minute single-sided or 200 double-sided. Supported output formats include PDF, encrypted PDF, PDF/A, TIFF, JPEG, XPS and PPTX.
Paper and finishing
The recorded paper path covers A6 to SRA3, custom sizes.
Security and administration
The datasheet records AES-256 storage encryption, IPsec and IEEE 802.1x as standard, with secure PDF scanning. Optional authentication and security components must be confirmed before quotation.
