Scanning and workflow
The listed formats include PDF, encrypted PDF, PDF/A, TIFF, JPEG, XPS and PPTX. Scan destinations and any searchable-document options should be agreed during specification.
Paper and finishing
The paper path covers A6 to SRA3, custom sizes.
Security and administration
AES-256 encryption, IPsec, IEEE 802.1x, IP filtering, port blocking and user authentication are recorded. Configuration and customer policy still determine how these are used.
