The 651i combines higher-speed colour output with broad paper and finishing choices. It should be specified around real work rather than selected on speed alone.
Scanning and workflow
The source supports common office formats, encrypted PDF and PDF/A. Agree destinations, authentication and any document-processing options before quotation.
Paper and finishing
A6 to SRA3, banner stock and output expansion to 3,300 sheets are recorded. Stapling, booklet, punching and folding capability depends on the compatible finishing configuration.
Security and administration
AES-256 encryption, IPsec, IEEE 802.1x, IP filtering, port blocking and Kerberos are listed. The customer's network and access policies must shape deployment.
